The COMPTYCO FS-60F is a professional-grade fiber optic fusion splicer engineered for speed, accuracy, and versatility. With 6 high-precision alignment motors, it ensures stable core alignment for low splice loss across multiple fiber types including SM, MM, DS, NZDS, and pigtails.

Its 5-inch high-definition capacitive touch screen provides 300× real-time fiber magnification, allowing technicians to clearly view fiber alignment, cutting angles, and splice loss at a glance. The intuitive interface supports automatic and manual splicing modes, making it suitable for both beginners and advanced installers.

The FS-60F integrates a built-in Optical Power Meter (OPM) and Visual Fault Locator (VFL), supporting up to 10 wavelengths with self-calibration capability. This eliminates the need for separate testing tools, saving time and cost in the field. The VFL supports distances up to approximately 15 km, making fault detection fast and efficient.

With automatic welding and heating, the splicer completes fusion in just 8 seconds and sleeve heating in 18 seconds, with adjustable heating time and temperature. A dedicated heating tank and cooling rack ensures safe handling and consistent results.
